Terms & Conditions

A booking will be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment.

If participants cancel his/her place on the course less than 3 weeks before the course starts, 50% of the full payment will be non refundable.

If courses or sessions are cancelled by the participant less than 1 week before the course the full payment will be non refundable.

Courses will go ahead in all weathers unless deemed dangerous by The Stone Age Company . The Stone Age Company holds the right to cancel any course without warning if weather conditions are deemed to be dangerous to participants and staff. In the case of O2B cancelling, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date or course to attend in the future.

The Stone Age Company is covered for Public Liability.

We require at least one parent to remain present throughout a childrens party.

The Stone Age Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of equipment brought by the participant. On nearly all courses participants will be in a woodland environment, cooking on open fires. It is therefore quite possible to burn, stain or otherwise damage your equipment and or clothes. The Stone Age Company can take no responsibility for the condition of your, or anyone else’s, personal belongings you may wish to bring.

Smoking is not allowed on site.

Unless pre-arranged no dogs will be allowed on site.
